How much is the reservation fee? Is it refundable?

Where are you located?

We are located in Folsom, LA (70437), about an hour north of Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY).

Do you have a waitlist?

Anyone can sing-up for our WAITLIST. Just email a request on our CONTACT US page or sign up for our NEWSLETTER (the bottom of the website) and we will come back to you when the pregnancy is confirmed! Since we are a small hobby breeder, we only take a limited number of reservations for our litters. Reservation Fee is $500 and it is not refundable. It is accepted on the first come, first serve basis, so the earlier you get your reservation fee in, the more puppy choices you have. Registration Fee will be credited toward the final puppy purchase price. If you send us a request or sign up for NEWSLETTER, we will email you as soon as the dam’s pregnancy is confirmed. We will also announce the pregnancy and a due date on our homepage and on social media, so be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook. Do you sell puppies with breeding rights?

Puppies are sold as pets only and do NOT include Breeding Rights for residents of Louisiana, as stated in our official Purchase Agreement.

Breeding Rights may be available only to approved and vetted breeding programs outside Louisiana, with a starting price of $5,750 and up.

Are your dams and sires health tested?

Yes! Please check out our DAMS and SIRES pages for the health information.

Are bernedoodles hypoallergenic?

Yes and no. No dog is 100% hypoallergenic. It all depends on the type of allergy. If you are anything like our aunt, who is highly allergic to the protein in dogs’ saliva and urine, than, unfortunately, you need to forget about owning a dog.

For people, who are allergic to dander, bernedoodles are a great option, since they are more allergy-friendly.

If you or anyone in your family has severe allergies, we would suggest to get tested prior to putting a deposit on a puppy.

How do you raise your puppies?

We are very fond of Jeanette Forrey’s Badass Breeder way of raising puppies! That’s why we stick to the Service Dog Cirriculum to make sure your puppy grows to have a greater resistance to diseases, more tolerant to stress, and confident.

Every puppy will undergo Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction in the first two weeks after they are born. At 3 weeks we will begin daily handling exercises and puppies will start being exposed to new things and sounds up until they go to their forever homes. At this time they will aslo be introduced to the puppy mush. When they turn 4 weeks old we will start their weekly bath and grooming routine as well as crate training. Starting at 7 weeks old (between 49 and 52 days old) we will perform Puppy Aptitude test and that’s when the puppy selection process starts! Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks old.

How do you match your puppies to families?

We begin offering scheduled visitations once the puppies are at least 6 weeks old, giving families a chance to meet them in person and start building that first connection.

Around 7 weeks of age, we begin the matching process. This is when we carefully evaluate each puppy’s temperament, personality, and energy level, and pair that with what we have learned about your lifestyle. The more you share with us about your home, daily routine, family dynamic, and what you are hoping for in a dog, the better we can guide you toward the right fit. Our goal is to create lasting, successful matches—not just for today, but for years to come.

While the final decision is always yours, we strongly encourage families to consider our recommendations, as they are based on extensive time spent observing and working with each puppy.

What food do you feed your pups?

We feed all of our nursing moms and puppies Purina Pro Plan Puppy Shredded Chicken & Rice.

We will send you home with a sample size of puppy food to get you started. If you decide to switch to a different puppy food, you should do so gradually over the period of 7 to 10 days after your puppy is at least 6 months old.

The rest of our dogs are on a Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials diet.

Can we come visit puppies prior to the Pick-Up Day?

All visits are by appointments only!

Puppies can be visited once they turn 6 weeks old, and visits are limited to families on our Reservation List.

If you are not on the Reservation List but would still like to see the puppies or our setup, we would be happy to schedule a video call and go over everything with you, as well as answer any questions you may have.

You can also visit our Instagram page and watch our daily stories saved in highlights.

Do you ship your puppies?

We prefer to meet our puppy families face to face. For our out-of-state families, we highly suggest that you fly or drive yourself to come pick up your puppy on the Pick-Up Day and take him/her home with you. We can also meet you at the airport (MSY) if necessary.

If you cannot fly or drive to pick up your pup, we can recommend following pet transportation companies:
